Redemption Instructions

• Terms and Conditions for gift certificates. You must call in to reserve your cruise date and time. Seats are subject to availability. The dollar value of the gift card will be applied to the total cost of your reservation. You are responsible for any remaining cost of the reservation (including taxes and fees) after the application of the gift certificate amount. If there is a remaining balance on your gift certificate, it can only be applied to on board purchases. There are no cash refunds or reimbursements for gift certificates. Gift certificates can only be used on World Yacht public cruises & cannot be applied towards private charters or group reservations of 15 or more passengers. Gift certificates are non-transferable. World Yacht reserves the right to refuse, cancel or hold for review gift certificates in cases where it suspects fraud, mistake, alteration or violation of law or the terms of conditions. Gift certificates cannot be replaced. You may reschedule your cruise reservation up to 24 hours prior to departure.
